How to Comment

Submitting public comments

During the public review period (Sep 1 – Oct 15, 2026), anyone may submit formal comments on the DPP-CQ v2.0.0-draft specification. Comments help ensure the standard is technically sound, implementable, and meets the needs of all stakeholders.

  1. Identify the section — Reference the specific section number or clause you are commenting on.
  2. State your comment — Clearly describe the issue, suggestion, or concern. Include proposed alternative text where possible.
  3. Provide rationale — Explain why the change is needed — e.g., interoperability concern, implementation difficulty, or alignment with another standard.
  4. Choose a channel — Submit via GitHub Issues (preferred) or email to [email protected].

All comments are compiled by the Technical Secretariat, reviewed by the relevant working group, and formally addressed in the next draft revision. Commenters receive acknowledgment of receipt.
